What is it?
During the early 1990s a small
group of artists and writers joined together to promote a critical, political
and theoretical art practice. Through the intervention on contacts in
Peterborough, the city's artist-run centre Artspace and Marginal Distribution,
this group were allowed to publish certain projects in Artspace's own
art magazine Sub Rosa. In addition Greg Thompson presented
a video installation at Artspace with the assistance of Donal McGraith
and G. D. Nichol. Some of these artist/writers have reapearred in other
venues in the new Millenium.
